Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. There is a flat fee of $2.99 for shipping. This fee will apply no matter how many shirts you purchase. For instance, if you buy 3 shirts, you get 1 for free. You will only pay $2.99 for shipping on all 4 of the shirts.
Q. How long will it take to get my shirts?
A. It will typically take 3 to 7 business days to receive your merchandise.
Q. How does the buy 3 get 1 free work?
A. Just choose your 4 shirts, and when you go to checkout, the price of the 4th shirt will automatically be deducted from your total. It's just that simple.
Q. What type of payment do you accept, and how do I know it is secure?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Google checkout, the safest way to use a credit card online. You can also have the money automatically transferred through Paypal.
Q. Do you have wholesale pricing?
A. We do have wholesale pricing on orders of 24 shirts or more of the same design and color. Please contact us for pricing. CONTACT INFO HERE.
Q. How do I know which size shirt to buy?
A. Our shirts are standard sizes - Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, etc. Purchase the size that you normally would in a store. If you feel that you may be between 2 sizes, we would suggest ordering the larger of the two.
Q. Are there any special directions for washing or drying?
A. We suggest turning the shirt inside out when washing it. This will help to preserve the design. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the tag.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If your item is defective in any way, or you require a different size, please send it back unwashed within 30 days of the purchase, and we will replace it, or give you store credit for use on a later purchase. Q. How do I place an order?
A. Double click on the design that you would like to see a larger view and a picture of it. Pick which color you would like your shirt. The color displayed is the stock color. When choosing white or ash gray, you would then choose what color ink you would like printed onto the shirt. When finished, click on add to cart. Continue through the cart following the directions, and filling in the information needed to place you order.
Q. Will I get a lot of junk mail or email after filling out the information?
A. We do not sell our customer's information to anybody for any reason. It is used solely for shipping and billing purposes.
Q. Do you make custom shirts?
A. We can make custom shirts. There is a minimum order of 12, and we need an image of the artwork with each color separated onto a different image. These are all done as custom quotes, so if you are interested, please contact us for more information. CONTACT INFO HERE.
